Our company grants a franchise to operate clinics for the treatment of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders for Youth and Adults to be located generally in regional cities in the United States. Each Franchise will do business as and operate under the trademarks of Zion Healing and Zion Recovery.
The Franchise provides services for the treatment of chronic depression, anxiety, addiction, mental health, educational classes, substance abuse and mental health issues under the name Zion Healing Center and proprietary equipment including; Neurofeedback (QEEG brain mapping), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS exclusively from Neurostar TMS ™), and other services under the brand, Zion Healing Centers.
The COMPANY has operated varying forms and functions of Residential Inpatient Treatment Centers, Outpatient Services, Counseling, and Therapies in Utah for over 8 years under the name of The Retreat At Zion and Zion Recovery, LLC.
In August of 2021, Zion Healing, Inc. entered into an exclusive contract with NeuroStar TMS™ to sell its proprietary, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation equipment. This partnership affords all of our Franchisee’s access to the most advanced and proprietary FDA approved TMS equipment in existence today. Additionally, our Franchisee’s will receive full training, support, materials, equipment, software and ongoing support, provided by Neurostar TMS™.
