IOP Program

Neurofeedback Treatment

In our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we incorporate neurofeedback, an innovative therapy that enhances brain function through real-time feedback on brainwave activity. During sessions, participants engage in tasks tailored to modulate brainwave patterns, fostering self-regulation and improving mental health. With personalized protocols and guidance from our clinicians, neurofeedback complements our holistic approach to treatment, empowering participants on their journey to recovery.

15 Promises To Freedom

15 Promises To Freedom is a learning management system that includes a series of videos accompanied by worksheets & instructions. This is a program that can be done at your own pace using the mobile application.

Therapy Sessions

Group: The group therapy setting allows individuals to gain a sense of belonging and reduce feelings of isolation, while also learning from others who are going through similar challenges. It can also provide an opportunity for individuals to practice social skills, increase self-awareness, and develop coping strategies in a safe and supportive environment.

Individual: Involves a one-on-one interaction between a trained therapist and a client. The therapist provides a safe and confidential space for the client to discuss their concerns, emotions, and thoughts in a non-judgmental environment.

Spiritual Rehabilitation

A Spiritual based recovery & mental health program is a specific and very well put together rehabilitation process that essentially approaches the problem of addiction & mental illness from a spiritual point of view first, then from a physical, and psychological point of view second. It does not mandate religious adherence but underscores the significance of recognizing a greater force in the recovery journey.
