INTRODUCTION TO OUR COMPANY
Zion Healing Development Corp. will build and manage newly constructed commercial Zion Healing Centers clinics to service the Zion Healing Veterans Initiative. The Zion Healing Veterans Initiative is to build, own and manage centers within close proximity of US military bases, VA hospitals and clinics for the purpose of offering TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Neurofeedback (qEEG/Brain- Mapping), and our proprietary faith based educational program.
Mission
Every day, we thank our brave military veterans for the sacrifices they’ve made. They put their lives on the line to protect our freedom, our values, and the American way of life. Yet, for so many, the battle for their lives continues right here at home. Joint Studies indicate the number of veteran suicides could be as high as forty-four (44) per day. That number is a shocking reality considering 1.7 million of our veterans live with substance abuse, and mental health issues.
Despite their sacrifice, our current system is failing them. With a lack of resources and VA centers strained to their limits, our Veterans are left in the grip of their silent battle.
We have a bold plan to transform the lives of veterans. Our intention as a company is to become a leader in providing innovative solutions and treatment options for Veterans with substance abuse and mental health issues. Some of our proprietary services include Neurofeedback (EEG), Brain Mapping, Outpatient Treatment, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
What is Neurofeedback Therapy?
Neurofeedback therapy or EEG/qEEG (Electroen- cephalography), Noninvasively trains the brain back into balance. It has successfully been used to treat a myriad of conditions including but not limited to: Epilepsy, Anxiety, Depression, Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Addiction, and insomnia, among other mental health disorders.
What is NeuroStar Advanced Therapy (TMS)?
NeuroStar delivers a unique form of TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), an FDA approved, non-invasive therapy that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain that are underactive in people suffering from MDD (major depressive disorder), PTSD, anxious depression, and OCD.

Operations Summary
INITIAL STRATEGIC PLANS
Our initial plan will be to build a large residential inpatient treatment center in St. George Utah. The company has acquired 5 acres adjacent to the new 220 bed Hospital currently in development. During construction, we will lease and operate a smaller residence in proximity. The construction of our initial location in St. George will include 40 beds for residential inpatient treatment and an additional 12 beds for detoxification services, physical therapy, TMS and Neurofeedback suites, multiple therapy offices, cafe, lounge, state of the art gym, indoor and outdoor recreation areas, and medication management office.
During the first year of operations, the Company will lease its medical office space, obtain state licensing, JHACO accreditation, insurance credentialing, contract medical, clinical, and staff for each location and begin operations. Our strategic plan is to become fully operational and profitable during construction and then to move its operations into the new clinics once completed.
FUTURE STRATEGIC PLANS
By the end of year three, we plan to have a total of 6 residential inpatient treatment facilities with a minimum of 15 beds in each, and 12 leased clinic locations in the Western United States. Expanding into other areas of the United States by year four. Our future will be to have a total of 8 residential inpatient treatment facilities, 14 outpatient locations and in the United States by the end of year 4. By the end of year 5 we will have a total of over 10 residential inpatient treatment centers, 15 clinics built and fully operational nationwide.
Exit Plan For Shareholders – Potential Liquidity Events
When the Company has achieved the aforementioned strategic plans, ZHDC will be positioned for an IOP (Initial Public Offering). We believe the public company will thrive due to several factors governing revenue and retained earnings. Through this strategy, the Company will then expand and begin acquiring additional residential inpatient, outpatient, behavioral health related businesses and further its nationwide footprint, profitability and to expand services for more Veterans in need.

Founder / CEO
Robert has personal knowledge of the pain and destruction caused by trauma, mental illness, and addiction. He is a 13-year Veteran who has overcome his own trauma, mental illness, addictions and now dedicates his life to helping Veterans and others who suffer from the same. Robert has written four books on the subject of recovery including How Free Do You Want To Be?, Desperation Of A Dying Man, The Business of Healing, and A Guide To Spiritual Awakening.
By age 46, trauma, addiction and mental illness had taken everything from Robert including his marriage, children, business, home, automobiles, and money. He found himself homeless and dealing with serious life-threatening issues with his liver, kidneys, and heart. In 2010, Robert was told by doctors that he would not live the day. That his liver had failed completely and there were no other options available. Finding himself broken, bankrupt, defeated, and standing on death’s door, he experienced the miracle of a spiritual awakening and power for the first time in his life.
Robert fully recovered and went back to College at Purdue University pursuing his master’s degree of Psychology in Addiction at Purdue University. Robert is the founder of New U Recovery Residential Inpatient Treatment Center in Park City Utah, founder of The Retreat at Zion Residential Inpatient Treatment Center in Rockville Utah, founder of RAZ Detox Center, founder of Zion Recovery Outpatient Services and Zion Healing Center Mental Health services in St. George Utah.
Robert’s businesses specialize in the treatment of Veterans and others who suffer from PTSD, trauma, mental illnesses, and addiction. Robert is licensed with the Department of Human Services in Utah for mental health and substance use disorder treatment for youth and adults. His education and experience cover over 16 years of extensive work in the industry of mental health, addiction, PTSD and depression treatment. He has worked with and assisted over 350 Veterans, and others in finding freedom from these debilitation issues.

Dr. Zand is extremely passionate and focused in holistic mental health care. Dr. Zand specializes on trauma, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Addiction. From his training at Johns Hopkins to his teachings of psychedelic medicine and neurostimulation at UNLV, Dr. Zand helps his community tap into the power of self-exploration and self-healing. With his calm demeanor and compassionate nature, his ultimate passion is helping others achieve happiness and personal growth.
